Privacy Policy

Qorion Expenses stores every record you create on your own devices only. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no servers; nothing you enter is ever transmitted to Qorion or any third party.

On Android, the app does not request internet permission at all, so your data physically cannot leave the phone. On iPhone, synchronisation with your own Apple Watch or Mac happens directly between your devices over Apple's device-to-device channel or your local network, never through a server.

Receipt photos never leave your devices. Bank statements you import are parsed on-device and never uploaded. Backup files are created only when you ask, saved where you choose, and readable only by you. Notifications are generated locally on the device.

Because the app collects nothing, there is nothing for us to share, sell, or delete on your behalf. Deleting the app, or using Settings then Erase all data, removes everything.
